Description
The Forager White Blend 2024 is an expressive and generous white wine made from 78% Chenin Blanc and 22% Grenache Blanc. It shines a pale straw-yellow and opens with inviting aromas of apricot, peach, and quince, along with subtle notes of lychee and cardamom.
Fresh citrus and ripe stone fruit lead the palate. Gentle oak tones provide structure, while a punch of lime acidity adds focus and energy. This is a medium to full-bodied white with a dry, refreshing finish and beautifully balanced layers.
This blend offers excellent versatility at the table. Pair it with wild mushroom risotto, Moroccan chicken tagine, or an herb-crusted rack of lamb. It also complements richly spiced vegetarian dishes and creamy textures that benefit from acidity and lift.
The wine shows well now, but it will age gracefully over the next 3–4 years. For the best experience, serve slightly chilled between 8°C and 10°C.
