TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- You must be over 18 years of age to buy wine!
- All wines are sold in 6 or 12 bottle cases – minimum order is 6 bottles then a multiple of 6 or 12 bottles.
- Boozy Boutique items are sold in single units unless specified as part of set.
- All prices include VAT
- We shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices we will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid.
- Please note: Unlabelled wine pack shots are for illustrative purposes only. Products may differ. Not all bottles have foil caps on and bottle shapes & colours may differ
ASARA BUY-TO-ENTER COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the competition (“Competition”) organized by Vinty.co.za (“Organizer”).
1.2. By entering this Competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The Competition is open to all South African residents aged 18 years or older.
2.2. Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Organizer, its affiliates, or associated agencies are not eligible.
2.3. Participants must have purchased the specified product or service to enter. Proof of purchase may be required.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
3.1. The Competition begins on 1 March 2025 and ends on 15 April 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1. Participants must purchase any qualifying Asara Wine Estate products from Vinty.co.za during the Competition Period.
4.2. Entry is automatic upon purchase, or participants must follow the entry method specified by the Organizer (e.g., SMS, website registration, or social media).
4.3. Multiple entries are permitted, each qualifying product counts as 1 entry
5. PRIZES
5.1. The prizes include:2 Nights B&B for 2 persons, dinner voucher to the value of R750, wine tasting for two.
5.2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.
Booking will be subject to availability
Prize valid for 12 months for date of issuing
Booking excludes dated 15 Dec – 15 Jan
6. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
6.1. Winners will be randomly drawn on 20 April 2025 under independent supervision.
6.2. Winners will be notified via [SMS/Email/Phone] within two days of the draw.
6.3. If a winner cannot be contacted within five days, the Organizer reserves the right to draw a replacement winner.
6.4. The Organizer’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1. By entering, participants grant the Organizer permission to use their name and image for promotional purposes without compensation.
7.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with South African data protection laws.
7.3 By entering, participants opt-in to receive marketing communications from Vinty.co.za and Asara Wine Estate & Hotel and their affiliates
8. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
8.1. The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition.
8.2. Participants agree to indemnify the Organizer against any claims related to their participation.
9. GENERAL
9.1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
9.2. These Terms are governed by South African law.
