How It Works

1. Something Not Quite Right? Let Us Know.

If a wine is not to your taste, is damaged, or you suspect it might be faulty (it happens!), please get in touch with us within 30 days of your purchase.

  • Email us: hello@vinty.co.za
  • Include your order number and a quick note explaining the issue.

2. We’ll Sort It Out, Chop-Chop.

Once we hear from you, we’ll work with you to find a solution. We can:

  • Replace the Bottle: We’ll happily send you a replacement bottle in your next order.
  • Offer a Credit: We can credit your Vinty account for the value of the bottle, so you can choose something else you’ll love.
  • Arrange a Refund: We can process a full refund for the bottle(s) in question.

3. The “Fine Print” (in Plain English)

To make the process as smooth as a good Merlot, here are a few simple things to keep in mind:

  • Please let us know about any issues within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • For issues affecting multiple bottles, we may arrange to collect the remaining unopened bottles to assess what went wrong.
  • Our guarantee applies to wine purchased for personal consumption. For large event or corporate orders, we’ll work with you directly to ensure you’re happy before the big day.
