DELIVERY / SHIPPING :

We offer competitive wine delivery rates, with FREE delivery for orders over R2,000, anywhere in South Africa. Orders less than R2,000 are charged a flat-fee delivery rate of R150.

• Special delivery instructions can be added during checkout.
• We normally take under 5 business days to deliver wine – if we suspect any delays we will contact you immediately for instructions
  (however, Pofadder might take a little bit longer but we will still deliver your wine at no extra charge)
• Please consider using your work address for delivery – it makes your colleagues green with envy!

• Breakage policy: As wine bottles are rather fragile, we unfortunately do experience breakages… If you receive your wine, and you notice that a bottle has been broken please write this on the waybill you sign (that way we can claim it back from Mr. Insurance) Then please let us know how many bottles are broken (and which wine), and we will immediately put the appropriate amount back into your credit card, or send you replacement wine. The choice is yours. In the very extreme case of the whole case being damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Please let us know and we will get you a replacement asap.
