Windswept Sauvignon Blanc is not concocted from over-cropped grapes, nor pumped up on clever winemaking additives. This authentic wine comes from cool, windswept, coastal vineyards. These gems give up meagre yields of small berries, imbued with their own natural acidity and intensity.

The nose of the MCC Chardonnay is pleasant and inviting, biscuit notes and some ripe stonefruits. Complexity on the palate with green apple and biscuit. Fine acids that give the wine a good structure. It can be enjoyed on its own or with some classic red fruit desserts.

Pinot Noir, affectionately dubbed the “heartbreak grape,” is the wine world’s way of proving that great taste often comes from a lot of trouble.

Blackberry and plum flavours with light hints of cedar oak aromas from barrel maturation. A wine with excellent balance and a long juicy aftertaste.
