Vintage & Terroir
Crafted from grapes grown in select Elgin vineyards, this Cabernet Franc captures the valley’s unique terroir: cool temperatures, diverse soils, and a slow, even ripening period. These factors yield fruit with vibrant acidity, fine structure, and exceptional aromatic purity. The wine is 100% open-fermented to express its natural character before spending 12 months in second-fill French oak barrels to integrate flavour and soften the tannins.
