The Du Toit family has nurtured the vineyards since 2002, producing award-winning wines with care and precision. Vintage & Terroir
The 2021 vintage delivered balanced ripening under excellent climatic conditions. The fertile soils and mountain-influenced microclimate contribute to expressive fruit, with depth and elegance. Shiraz, Merlot, Malbec, and Cabernet Franc were sourced from carefully selected parcels to create a harmonious blend.
In the Cellar
Grapes were hand-selected and matured in French oak barrels for 10 months. The careful winemaking process ensures the fruit retains its freshness while tannins develop structure, resulting in a smooth, approachable wine with expressive aromas and flavours.
