Vintage & Terroir
Sourced from the steep slopes of the Slanghoek Mountains, these vineyards benefit from cool air descending from the peaks and well-drained soils that promote concentrated, structured fruit. The 2021 vintage delivered excellent growing conditions, producing grapes with depth, freshness, and fine natural balance.
In the Cellar
This blend is crafted with traditional, hands-on winemaking. Grapes are crushed, fermented in open vessels, and gently worked to extract colour and structure without harshness. The wine is then matured in oak to integrate its layers of dark fruit, spice, and cocoa, resulting in a seamless, well-rounded expression.
