Vintage & Terroir
The 2025 vintage provided optimal conditions for Chenin Blanc, producing grapes with vibrant acidity, purity, and concentrated fruit flavours. Sourced from vineyards nurtured by the Du Toit family, each bunch was carefully hand-harvested to ensure quality and integrity.
In the Cellar
Grapes were gently pressed and fermented with minimal intervention to preserve the varietal’s natural character. No malolactic fermentation or oak influence was used, highlighting the bright stone fruit, white peach, and golden apple notes. The wine was aged in stainless steel to maintain freshness and clarity.
