The 12th annual Shiraz SA Challenge once again honored the finest Shiraz wines that South Africa has to offer. Held on Thursday, 15 August 2024, at the Simonsvlei Wine Cellar in Paarl, this prestigious event brought together the country’s top winemakers, industry professionals, and wine enthusiasts to celebrate Shiraz excellence.
Sixteen exceptional wines were recognized across three categories, showcasing the consistency and mastery of some of South Africa’s most celebrated producers.
This year, sixteen outstanding Shiraz wines were honored, with Zandvliet Wine Estate particularly standing out by securing two coveted spots in the Top 12 Shiraz of 2024.
