This 2021 white blend opens with all the promise of a Swartland sunrise—built on a foundation of dry-farmed Chenin Blanc and brought to life by a chorus of unexpected co-stars: 16% Palomino, 13% Colombar, 7% Grenache Blanc, 7% Verdelho, 7% Viognier, and a final flourish of 2% Muscat d’Alexandrie.

Grounded in granite soils, it’s a wine of light and clarity—showing orchard fruit, yellow peach, citrus zest, and a flick of fennel. The acidity is zippy yet refined, with a mineral backbone that makes it glide rather than gush.
